Really good Hospitality and Service
helpful manager valley view creature comfort excellent food
the staff greeted me warmly. the welcome drink was refreshing upon arrival. my room featured a fine valley view and creature comforts. the food was excellent. i was impressed with the breakfast and other meals . chef raj kumar even presented beautiful paintings. hospitality does not get better than this.
the activity center looked somewhat worn. some furniture felt dated.

the room included a comfortable king-size bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a writing desk. a seating area with two armchairs and a coffee table created a relaxed atmosphere. the bathroom had premium toiletries and plush towels.

the restaurant offers a wide array of dishes including both indian and international options. a breakfast buffet featured live cooking stations for omelets and waffles. fresh fruit juices, pastries, and a selection of teas and coffees were also available.

kind staff generous room attentive service
The staff was very kind and professional. My room was generous and perfect. The choice of meals was a delight. I enjoyed the comfortable bed and bedding in my room. The views were lovely. The staff was attentive, friendly and polite.

The hotel has an activity room for children and a heated indoor swimming pool. There is also a spa with various treatments available. Laundry service is available with exquisite wrapping and presentation in a wicker basket.
